Claims

At Summit America, we understand the necessity for immediate and proper handling of claims in order to make the process as effortless as possible for you and your students/members. To aide in this process, average turnaround time for claims is ten working days or less. Dedicated examiners are available to answer questions and assist in simplifying the claims process for you.

Summit America works with numerous nationwide preferred provider organizations (PPOs). Re-pricing is done on a "passive" basis, therefore, in most cases it is not necessary that your students/members utilize a specific provider. Discounts will be reflected on the explanation of benefits that the student/member receives, and are not the students/members responsibility.
