Caroline Florez
Vice President, Specialty Programs

Ms. Florez began her career with Summit America in January 2002. Prior to that, she spent 11 years in the pharmaceutical industry where she worked in advertising, marketing, convention planning and administration. She brings an extensive sales and marketing background to Summit America.

She currently oversees the Specialty Programs Division where she serves as a liaison to our carrier partners and coordinates the advertising and marketing efforts for the division. In addition, Ms. Florez serves as the program manager for the Tumble Time (gymnastics), Defender (martial arts) and Sure Step (dance school) programs where she consults with business owners to identify coverage needs for their businesses.

Ms. Florez is responsible for ensuring that all Specialty Programs customers receive exceptional service and quality insurance programs that meet their needs. She has an extensive understanding of the liability and accident coverage needs of amateur sports organizations and business owners.

Ms. Florez received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri. She is currently licensed and appointed to transact life, accident, health, property and casualty lines of business in most states.
